Programme

As recent developments clearly demonstrate, if you're going to excel in today's challenging environment, sound specialist knowledge must be supplemented by the ability to think long-term and take a broad view. Financial institutions of all types – banks, insurers, private equity firms, hedge funds, micro-finance and development banks, etc. – will only achieve sustained success if their employees are capable of embracing the complex interdependencies of the modern world in a responsible and proactive way.

Our Master of Finance programme challenges the way you think about and apply finance. The first semester teaches you the 'principles of finance'. In the second semester you obtain a deeper insight into Finance and Management, and take your Master‘s degree programme to the next level. It also brings the compulsory courses to an end and you are then free to choose your future area of expertise from among four concentrations each of which comprises seven courses:
  • Bank Management
  • Capital Markets
  • Development Finance
  • Accounting & Taxation
