Emphases/CurriculumThis course is designed to meet the requirements of those who are new to the subject, for Honours level graduates and also those with experience who want to enhance their existing levels of professional skills. The course covers subjects such as Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Communication, Media Industries, Information Design and Political Communication and Public Affairs.The programme combines lectures on the main components of corporate communication with a variety of 'hands-on' tasks, and offers you the opportunity of putting your learning into practice through an industrial placement. The Aberdeen Business School Placement Office consistently finds suitable placements (4 weeks) for our students. Overall the course aims to produce superior graduates who will be able to secure enviable positions within media and communication related fields. Curriculum - Full Time: Semester 1
