ProgrammeGermany and France have always been driving forces behind Europe's economic development. This tradition and success is reflected in the ESSEC & MANNHEIM alliance which is designed to advance and promote European business education across the world. This is why ESSEC and Mannheim Business School, leading schools in their respective countries, joined forces in 2004: To create a world-class Executive MBA program that is European in its tradition, but truly international in its orientation.Executives are expected to be extremely flexible, and they, in return, expect the same from the business school they choose. Thus, Mannheim Business School provides two different formats: the Modular Track and the Weekend Track. Besides offering state-of-the-art management education, the program allows the participants to network with peers from other tracks and promotes their personal development through soft skill courses and coaching. Each of our tracks is divided into cumulative training phases which allow you to study extensively while pursuing your career. Weekend track participants meet every other weekend from Friday to Saturday for 18 months:

Practical relevanceBesides providing the latest business concepts with a clear practical orientation, Mannheim Business School aims to raise your awareness of social and ethical issues, such as sustainable development, and create a sense of solidarity and cohesion among the participants. One class, one challenge: the class project Every Executive MBA class has to implement a social project, which allows the participants to choose and contribute to a specific cause. The project is entirely run by the class, participants have to determine the scope and subject of the project, devise a strategy, and finally take responsibility for an effective execution. Regardless of its focus, the project strengthens the class spirit and allows the participants to make a lasting contribution to the community, leaving their own, unique footprint. The knowledge the participants acquire during their degree helps them to make the class project a success and adds to their understanding by giving them the chance to apply their skills in a different setting. |
