Master Programme MBA in International ManagementThe program combines profound theoretical and practical knowledge with interpersonal skills, motivation and initiative, reflective and responsible thinking, as well as leadership skills, all of which are needed to be successful in today's global business environment. In an international and cross-cultural setting, our students are exposured to different cultures and business attitudes, which is essential for an effective internationally-oriented career. The language of instruction is English.The Pforzheim MBA follows a two-tier strategy which will provide our students a distinguished competitive advantage for the business of tomorrow: a consequently international, generalist and profound classical management education is combined with the teaching of specific skills in the future topics of innovation management, sustainability and globalization. The programme integrates a semester of foreign study at a MBA partner university in USA, Europe and Asia.
